Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Education Services Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and implement new training and certification programs
- Design and manage a feedback program to evaluate training content
- Manage relationships with Partner Certified Trainers and community of practice
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Virtual and onsite instructor-led training, webinars, and e-learning
- 5+ years experience in management training or partner education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a varied workload
