Job Summary
A media company and publisher is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Software Client Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Support the configuration of online course sites to align with individual instructor preferences
- Assist with daily support as required in an online homework system
- Assist instructors in managing rosters, courses and gradebook settings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
