An education software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Software Customer Success Learner Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting outreach to learners to build a trusting, supportive relationship
- Reviewing and analyzing learner data to create and implement strategies
- Providing product training and problem-solving assistance to learners
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
