An education software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Software Customer Success Learner Engagement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting outreach to learners to build a trusting, supportive relationship
  • Reviewing and analyzing learner data to create and implement strategies
  • Providing product training and problem-solving assistance to learners

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
