Job Summary
A higher education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Solutions Customer Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, expanding, engaging and mentoring the Customer Success team leaders
- Architecting our customer obsessed success team solutions
- Representing the voice of the customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success or support or account management
- 4+ years of experience leading and growing customer-facing teams
- Proven experience leading teams, driving customer retention and expansion sales
- Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives
