Job Summary

A higher education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Solutions Customer Success Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, expanding, engaging and mentoring the Customer Success team leaders
  • Architecting our customer obsessed success team solutions
  • Representing the voice of the customer

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success or support or account management
  • 4+ years of experience leading and growing customer-facing teams
  • Proven experience leading teams, driving customer retention and expansion sales
  • Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships
  • Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives
