Job Summary
An education consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Education Solutions Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Retain current customers and expanding digital usage at installed base accounts
- Assist faculty in implementing and integrating company's digital solutions
- Consult with instructors on implementation and curriculum design
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
- Undergraduate degree
- Previous customer service, sales support and tech product support exposure
- User experience and knowledge with a CRM platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
