Job Summary

An education consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Education Solutions Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Retain current customers and expanding digital usage at installed base accounts
  • Assist faculty in implementing and integrating company's digital solutions
  • Consult with instructors on implementation and curriculum design

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Previous customer service, sales support and tech product support exposure
  • User experience and knowledge with a CRM platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
