Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Remote Education Student Support Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a caseload of students assigned to as their main point of contact with the school;
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for assigned students
  • Serving as a single point of contact for all non-instructional issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Ability to pass required background check
  • Two (2) years of college and two years of experience in education or equivalent combination
  • Appropriate licensure if required by state
  • Experience coordinating academically-oriented clubs and extracurricular activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
