Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Remote Education Teacher Talent Development Specialist Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with the hiring manager to ensure that positions are filled and onboarded on the first day of the hire
• Coordinating with school leaders to develop a year-long professional development needs analysis and plan
• Preparing Face to Face and virtual professional development opportunities for each school within assigned region

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel; Web proficiency.
• Ability to pass required background check
• Understanding of effective training methodologies and a true passion for working with adult learners
