Job Summary

A education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Education Tech Support Seasonal Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing inbound, live support for customers using digital solutions
  • Assisting in the analysis of access and registration issues reported by customers
  • Identifying issues with digital solutions and provide resolution

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A high school graduate at minimum
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Office suites
  • Proven understanding of popular internet browsers
  • Proficiency in keyboarding
