Job Summary
An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Education Technology Application Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist with the maintenance of all business applications
- Troubleshoot, resolve escalated application incidents and problems
- Work with IT and Development on new implementations and various project work
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant job experience
- Strong knowledge of standard IT practices and workflows
- Experience with building dashboards or a deep understanding of Business Intelligence
- Advanced knowledge and applications troubleshooting with industry specific applications
