Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Remote Education Technology Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting the Instructional Technology and Systems Specialist with Ed. Tech related training set up
  • Assisting with help desk/support tickets as needed
  • Adding teacher, teacher assistants to course sections

Qualifications Include:

  • Required to attend up to 3 days of training per year near Allentown, PA
  • Must be able to import/restore process to push LOC Master content into various sections
  • Must be able to assist with BW LOC Master construction
  • Must be able to assist with Teacher onboarding course cleanup and revamp
  • Must be able to perform ongoing management within the LMS and related areas
