A student safety company is in need of a Remote Education Technology Client Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Playing a critical role in the success of our sales of products
• Building critical relationships with our customers
• Assessing whether the software will meet a school’s needs as currently developed

Qualifications for this position include:

• Excellent sales and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking to groups of people or 1-on-1, either formal presentations or informal discussions
• Organized, can multi-task, and be flexible with time
• Detail-oriented and task-focused, good at listening and documenting customer needs
• Takes initiative and enjoys challenges
