Job Summary
An upskilling platform has an open position for a Remote Education Technology Client Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans
- Driving targeted milestones to meet agreed timelines
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years experience managing and coordinating multiple projects and client relationships concurrently
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
- Proven relationship management skills with a customer service mindset
- Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Gainsight, ZenDesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management enterprise software and/or a background in L&D or Talent Management
