Job Summary
A venture capital investment company is seeking a Remote Education Technology Customer Happiness Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer help desk tickets in an accurate, effective, and timely manner
- Meet with customers via webcam for difficult issues
- Lead weekly webinars for new and potential users
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to learn unfamiliar software applications quickly
- 2 years in Online Customer Success
- Knowledge of the online teaching industry
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS
- Strong knowledge of Google Drive and its components
