Job Summary

An educational services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Technology Customer Success Data Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing analytical and business results analysis and key metrics tracking
  • Developing and delivering analytics on Customer Success
  • Providing front-line response for CS Leadership requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA preferred or equivalent proven experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working in finance, customer analytics, or similar
  • Experience in providing actionable and informative customer insights for SaaS
  • Have robust reporting and analytics acumen
  • Skilled tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, salesforce, Gainsight, and MS Excel
  • Comfortable working with large sets of data
