Job Summary
An educational services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Technology Customer Success Data Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing analytical and business results analysis and key metrics tracking
- Developing and delivering analytics on Customer Success
- Providing front-line response for CS Leadership requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA preferred or equivalent proven experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in finance, customer analytics, or similar
- Experience in providing actionable and informative customer insights for SaaS
- Have robust reporting and analytics acumen
- Skilled tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, salesforce, Gainsight, and MS Excel
- Comfortable working with large sets of data
