Job Summary
A learning services company is filling a position for a Remote Education Technology Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Routinely handling incoming customer email and phone support requests
- Supporting program sales and purchases by taking telephone orders
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues with regards to customer participation in online programs
