Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, coaching, and inspiring your team to do their best work
- Challenging your team to meet growing sales goals
- Building confidence and trust with your direct reports; provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of SaaS sales management experience with a proven track record of success
- LMS or HR-related SaaS experience is a strong positive
- Superior coaching skills; a naturally positive attitude
- B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent knowledge
- Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
