Job Summary
An online education company has a current position open for a Remote Education Technology Product Training Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring customers derive intended value from the product solutions
- Ensuring product documentation is created and maintained
- Collaborating cross-functionally with enablement and product marketing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the Educational Technology industry
- Familiarity with product management and software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with product management and product development tools
- Proficiency in online meeting applications such as Zoom
