Job Summary
An education technology company has a current position open for a Remote Education Technology Support Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining accurate case records for each contact
- Maintaining a level of customer service quality and satisfaction in line with team policies and procedure
- Handling inbound chat and email inquiries from students and resolve them in a timely manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to type 50 WPM or greater
- A distraction-free and secure environment with reliable network connection services
- Basic understanding of Chrome browser and extensions
- Basic understanding of the following operating systems in a troubleshooting capacity: Windows, Mac, & ChromeOS
