Job Summary

An education technology company has a current position open for a Remote Education Technology Support Specialist I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining accurate case records for each contact
  • Maintaining a level of customer service quality and satisfaction in line with team policies and procedure
  • Handling inbound chat and email inquiries from students and resolve them in a timely manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to type 50 WPM or greater
  • A distraction-free and secure environment with reliable network connection services
  • Basic understanding of Chrome browser and extensions
  • Basic understanding of the following operating systems in a troubleshooting capacity: Windows, Mac, & ChromeOS
