Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Remote Educational Associate Product Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Product Managers by discipline area or product/platform needs
- Be accountable for team’s P&L and product strategy decisions
- Lead team in fulfilling Cengage vision, goals, and priorities, lead team through change, represent the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a full/senior product management role
- Strong desire to lead and coach Product Managers
- Experience in budget accountability and management
- Excellence at developing and articulating vision and strategy that meet business goals
- Proven strategic agility. Consistent record with strategy creation and execution
- Strong presentation and communication skills
