Job Summary
An American nonprofit 501 animal welfare organization is in need of a Remote Educational Events Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, managing and executing Educational Meetings Platform
- Working with Regional Directors on the planning and execution of regional summits
- Overseeing Expert Speaker Bureau request and follow-up
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 25-30% travel
- Minimum of 4 years of experience providing support for events
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with and/or supervising volunteers
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Stays calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills
