An educational services company is seeking a Remote Educational Faculty Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Checking/answering emails and Slack messages from our staff and/or customers
• Managing equipment shipments for incoming and outgoing tutors
• Managing a team of 3-4 Faculty Operations Coordinators

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of operations management experience
• Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a team of 3-4 Faculty Operations Coordinators
• Ability to represent with the highest level of professionalism at all times
• Ability to manage equipment shipments for incoming and outgoing tutors
