Job Summary
A non-profit organization seeking improvements in education is in need of a Remote Educational Innovation Recruitment Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maximizing community impact (in the short-term)
- Achieving formal integration with regions in order to bring the full power of their network into recruitment campaigns
- Learning how to apply our talent acquisition expertise to attract leaders for new programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 1 year of outstanding performance in a relevant professional setting (e.g. recruitment, sales)
- Ability to work with colleagues across the country leveraging remote technologies
- Ability to maximize community impact (in the short-term)
- Ability to develop a theory for who should recruit for each these programs and how (in the medium-term)
- Ability to feed firsthand recruitment insights back to the program teams
- Ability to work effectively and with cultural competence across diverse groups
