Job Summary

A learning company has a current position open for a Remote Educational Primary Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, chat, email, and other channels
  • Troubleshooting application and access issues for customers as needed
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure great customer experience

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Experience supporting Software as a Service, web browsers, networking principles, application support and more
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
  • Must be self-directed, pro-active, and process oriented
  • Familiarity with case tracking and customer relationship management software
