Job Summary

A learning company has a current position open for a Remote Educational Primary Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Providing technical support to customers via phone, chat, email, and other channels
Troubleshooting application and access issues for customers as needed
Working closely with internal teams to ensure great customer experience

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
Experience supporting Software as a Service, web browsers, networking principles, application support and more
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Must be self-directed, pro-active, and process oriented
Familiarity with case tracking and customer relationship management software
