A direct-to-consumer platform for live online learning is seeking a Remote Educational Sales Account Manager in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assessing and understanding the needs of our clients to be able to make recommendations
  • Achieving sales and client renewal targets set by management
  • Conducting high-volume of outbound calls to former clients to re-engage and assess new needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand families' educational needs
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
