Job Summary
An educational technology company is in need of a Remote Educational Sales Account Manager in Baltimore.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and client renewal targets set by management
- Assist in client service and build strong relations with our students and families
- Engage actively by phone with customers for a minimum of 3-4 hours per shift, 65-80+ calls per day
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to conduct a high-volume of outbound calls to former clients to re-engage and assess new needs that company tutors can help with
- Ability to manage client records to ensure proper follow-up
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal team and external customers
