Job Summary
An education company has a current position open for a Remote Educational Sales Coordinator in Indianapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound call-backs to potential customers who have requested tutoring, course or homeschool support
- Complete transactions and or schedule a follow-up conversation with prospective clients
- Facilitate a consultative conversation to understand potential customer needs and recommend a customized solution
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Conflict management skills and the ability to use high level judgement when managing student behavior
- Strong problem solving skills
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
