Job Summary
An educational services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Educational Services Voyager Sopris Learning Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with district leaders to develop comprehensive implementation plans
- Scheduling and facilitating progress meetings at the cadence agreed upon by stakeholders
- Coordinating scheduling of pre-training meetings with assigned facilitators as needed
Required Skills:
- At least three years of teaching experience
- At least two years of experience in a K-12 administrative or leadership position
- Ability to understand the vision and complexity of the business, the implications on department operations, processes/budget/spending
- Proficiency using Microsoft suite of products, learning management systems, and virtual conferencing platforms
- Anility to manage multiple projects concurrently in various stages of completion
