An educational software developer has a current position open for a Remote Educational Software Customer Advocacy Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and publishing customer summaries and success stories
- Managing the execution of the advocacy program and related customer marketing initiatives
- Ensuring customer marketing goals, messaging, deliverables, and tactics are clearly understood
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years in Customer Marketing/Success, higher education, K12, or technology B2B or Marketing PR role
- Proven experience creating engaging content, collateral, and marketing communications
- Proven track record for building and maintaining relationships with customers, and external stakeholders
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to be boundaryless and coordinate across marketing, customer engagement, sales, etc
