Job Summary
An education technology provider is filling a position for a Remote Educational Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to customer calls, voicemail, chats, and emails requesting information on pedagogical inquiries
- Prioritizing issues in accordance with their severity and SLA
- Acting as an authority in the pedagogy of all company products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Knowledge of instructional standard methodologies
- Teaching (science and/or math)and/or school administrator experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and research skills
- Knowledge of instructional coaching techniques and ability to practice them with teachers
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
