An educational technology company is seeking a Remote Educational Technology Customer Excellence Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Make rapid decisions and problem-solving
- Build a customer support and customer success
- Build an operating model with tools, processes and people to drive a scalable customer experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Technical degree and MS or MBA
- Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- 15+ years of work experience in a leadership position
- 10+ years of work experience in technology
- 5+ years in experience in customer support or related role
- Strong understanding of Educational Technology and its customer base
