Must be able to:

  • Make rapid decisions and problem-solving
  • Build a customer support and customer success
  • Build an operating model with tools, processes and people to drive a scalable customer experience

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Technical degree and MS or MBA
  • Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • 15+ years of work experience in a leadership position
  • 10+ years of work experience in technology
  • 5+ years in experience in customer support or related role
  • Strong understanding of Educational Technology and its customer base
