Job Summary

An educational technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Educational Technology Enterprise Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving product adoption to achieve student success and measurable student outcomes
  • Managing, retaining and growing the largest K12 school district partners
  • Identifying churn risk, up-sell opportunities, and outreach strategy on an annual basis

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in customer success within K12 industry or working within a school district
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
