Remote Educational Travel Counselor

Job Summary

An educational support company has a current position open for a Remote Educational Travel Counselor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coordinating with designated travel agency to provide trip itineraries to travelers
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Travel Policy and Procedures
• Providing content update for the travel section of the web site

Required Skills:

• Minimum of three years of experience in booking airline travel either in agency or corporate environment
• Experience in booking full-service reservations, hotel, air and car
• Minimum of two years of experience in utilizing GDS software
• Ability to arrange travel insurance providers for all travelers
• Ability to enter information provided by staff into the database and maintain travel database
• Ability to coordinate with designated travel agency to provide trip itineraries to travelers
