Job Summary
An educational support company has a current position open for a Remote Educational Travel Counselor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating with designated travel agency to provide trip itineraries to travelers
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Travel Policy and Procedures
- Providing content update for the travel section of the web site
Required Skills:
- Minimum of three years of experience in booking airline travel either in agency or corporate environment
- Experience in booking full-service reservations, hotel, air and car
- Minimum of two years of experience in utilizing GDS software
- Ability to arrange travel insurance providers for all travelers
- Ability to enter information provided by staff into the database and maintain travel database
- Ability to coordinate with designated travel agency to provide trip itineraries to travelers
