Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Remote Educator Diversity and Development Program Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations that meet client needs and priorities
  • Develop and implement qualitative and quantitative data collection instruments and procedures
  • Develop and manage a timeline for evaluation projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Effective project management skills
  • Graduate degree in education research, education practice, education policy, or related field
  • 5+ years professional experience as an educational researcher, practitioner, or in a related field
  • Experience conducting literature reviews
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Resourcefulness, careful attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
