Job Summary
A higher education company is in need of a Remote Educator Preparation Policy and Compliance Director.
Must be able to:
- Manage and support Certification Officers in their portfolio
- Support certification officers' design and facilitation of certification orientation and informational sessions with candidates
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for programmatic, licensure, and reporting compliance for educator preparation programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong familiarity with the responsibilities of a Certification Officer
- At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 of those years working for an educator preparation program leader
- Master's degree
- Deep subject matter expertise surrounding certification program requirements for Relay's approved programs
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong familiarity with the responsibilities of a Certification Officer
