Job Summary

An HR services company is seeking a Remote EEO Specialist in Kingwood.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and ensuring client company compliance with state and federal laws
  • Assisting clients in resolving complex and challenging EEO matters
  • Conferring legal counsel to help protect the liability of the company and the client

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work remotely after 6 months onsite
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • 5 years' HR experience with emphasis on employee relations, EEOC charges, and/or investigation and resolution of employment complaints
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment and EEO laws and regulations
  • Ability to apply federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances and policies
