Job Summary

An institute for higher education has an open position for a Remote eLearning Enrollment Counselor I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contacting potential students to sell online courses
  • Guiding students through enrolling in one of our premiere certificate programs
  • Conducting outreach via multiple communication channels

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma and 2 years of enrollment, sales, admissions or related experience
  • Strong growth and sales orientated attitude
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems
