Job Summary

An organization that provides risk management and property-casualty insurance education has an open position for a Remote eLearning Product Assistant in Malvern.

Must be able to:

• Build and deploy online courses in Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure courses are error-free, complete, and functioning properly
• Support A&B project management by scoping project needs, establishing resource requirements, and creating project scheduling
• Troubleshoot and resolve A&B internal and external user issues associated with core product development and delivery systems such as CMS, Moodle LMS, SIMMs, XMetaL, Assessments Item Bank, and SharePoint

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate degree or comparable work experience
• 2-3 years of experience managing projects, designing and managing digital content, or performing similar activities is required
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Strong self-management with proven ability to meet assigned deliverables and timelines without significant oversight
• Understanding of proprietary databases, content and learning management systems (LMS) preferred
