Job Summary
An event parking service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Electric Vehicle Engineering Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Run a best-in-class engineering process to maximize work quality and team productivity
- Create a strong, supportive culture that prioritizes focus and teamwork while rewarding results
- Own engineering hiring and management
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years experience in engineering management
- Experience working across multiple disciplines and organizations to resolve complex issues
- Strong people manager with an appreciation for the importance of performance management and coaching
- High degree of empathy to understand the motivations and needs of various stakeholder groups
- Ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
