Job Summary
A full service maintenance company has an open position for a Remote Electrical Light Troubleshooting Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving calls and guiding repair technicians on possible solutions to resolve issues
- Receiving and reviewing photos for troubleshooting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Construction/Facility Maintenance Knowledge
- Outstanding relationship skills, Team oriented with highly collaborative work
- Proactive and willing to initiate action, solution oriented
- Must have the ability to work on their own and bring their own skills to bear to improve the processes and procedures already in place
- Must have ability to discuss projects with technicians and/or customers
- Problem-Solving Skills
