Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider is filling a position for a Remote Electronic Data Interchange Technology Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Serve as an enrollment EDI technology resource and point of contact for internal/external business partners
• Update departmental tracking/reporting systems
• Meet or exceed departmental and organizational goals and metrics

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ experience in, enrollment systems, IT, or other related technical work experience
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external business partners regarding EDI capabilities
• Ability to track and manage large volumes of work and concurrent issues with timely escalation and detailed documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adding to the dynamics of a team environment
• Strong track record of accountability for delivering quality results based on organizational and departmental quality measures
