Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider is filling a position for a Remote Electronic Data Interchange Technology Consultant.

Must be able to:

Serve as an enrollment EDI technology resource and point of contact for internal/external business partners
Update departmental tracking/reporting systems
Meet or exceed departmental and organizational goals and metrics

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ experience in, enrollment systems, IT, or other related technical work experience
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with internal/external business partners regarding EDI capabilities
Ability to track and manage large volumes of work and concurrent issues with timely escalation and detailed documentation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adding to the dynamics of a team environment
Strong track record of accountability for delivering quality results based on organizational and departmental quality measures
