Job Summary
An electronic health records company is in need of a Remote Electronic Health Records Client Advocate in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and proactively addressing to ensure resolution to meet target metrics
- Communicating feature enhancements, services, educational opportunities and strategies
- Acquiring knowledge of assigned customer organizations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Health, or Computer Science
- Or relevant work experience
- Strong customer support skills with demonstrated ability effectively dealing with escalated customer concerns
- Approximately 4-7 years experience with healthcare and/or financial products
- Previous project/customer management experience
- Must be able to work 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm East Coast Time
