Job Summary
A provider of revenue cycle services has a current position open for a Remote Electronic Medical Record Operations Support in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Accurate and thorough data entry meeting the productivity standards
- Communicate with physician teams regarding cases, case completion, and portal workflow
- Attach pertinent clinical information to portal cases and follow cases to completion within service level agreements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience within the healthcare field
- Experience with electronic medical records applications
- Must have knowledge of medical terminology and reviewing medical records
- Must be technical saavy working with multiple systems at one time
- Experience with accessing and maintaining portals
- All other requirements necessary for this position
