Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Electronic Trial Master File Specialist in Plano.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with the maintenance and management of overall eTMF operations
  • Coding and filing of all study documents
  • Identifying missing documents and notifying the appropriate study

Required Skills:

  • Participate in TMF educational workshops and trainings
  • Experience with the Drug Information Association (DIA) Trial Master File Reference model
  • A demonstrated understanding of records management best practices
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of accumulated clinical trial support experience
  • Knowledgeable in domestic and global regulatory requirements and guidance
  • Proficiency with eTMF technology
