Job Summary
A stored energy provider has a current position open for a Remote Electronics and Accessories Product Management Director in Reading.
Must be able to:
- Develop a deep and intuitive understanding of customers in this space to understand their needs, motivations, and hopes
- Own your product(s) from conception to delivery and take bold risks
- Define product strategy and translate that into a roadmap
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 5-7+ years of experience as a product manager (or a related field)
- Have the ability to thrive in an environment where this is much ambiguity up front in understanding the business problem
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to build consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead when there remain some critics
- Possess technical fluency, including an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs between Sales, marketing, manufacturing, and engineering partners
- Be a master of organization and prioritization, and the ability to triage multiple initiatives
