Remote Electronics Technical Customer Success Manager
An online electronic design company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Electronics Technical Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for our customers
- Managing agreement renewals and leading monthly and quarterly progress meetings
- Applying an appreciation for metrics and data with detail and high organization skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer/partnership-focused role
- Able to make beneficial technical recommendations
- Ability to form strong relationships and empathize with the customer
- Experience as a Data Analyst is a plus
- Able to nurture relationships by understanding customer needs
