Job Summary
A higher education facility needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Elementary Education Program Mentor 1.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Fostering student learning through innovative and motivational teaching
- Offering direct, comprehensive support, coaching, and guidance to a load of assigned students
- Monitoring the progress of assigned students
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel to annual meetings as required
- Master's Degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience providing student support and instruction; demonstrated ability to work with at-risk learners
- 3+ years of experience teaching in the k-6 classroom
- Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends)
