Job Summary
An educational provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Elementary General Education Teacher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take ownership for student’s academic progress and attendance and communicate high expectations
- Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests
- Conduct live Synchronous Teaching – minimum of 15 hours per week
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as required (on average once per month and/or approximately 10% of the time)
- Bachelor's degree AND
- Six (6) months of student teaching experience
- Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) in subject area under No Child Left Behind (NCLB)
