Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is in need of a Remote Elevate Program Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Initiating regularly scheduled coaching calls as well as Head Coach and Coach the Coach calls
• Providing an agenda for each coach to follow along and take notes for their bi-monthly coaching calls
• Distributing personalized coach and student semester calendars, along with coaching call agendas and recap templates for each bi-monthly call

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Communications or related field
• Prior experience demonstrating proficiency in organization skills and communication skills
• Detailed oriented, strong editor and proofreader skills
• Proficient at working in Microsoft Teams
• Proficient at creating PowerPoint presentations and Word-based written communication materials
• Ability to follow through and complete projects under direction
