A global transportation and logistics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Eligibility Review Specialist Team Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, training and leading Eligibility Review Specialist team
- Ensuring applications are reviewed and are compliant with applicable regulations
- Training Eligibility Review Specialist in application evaluation procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Three years of supervisory experience leading teams of 4-10 case managers
- 8-10 years of experience managing federal grants, preferably HUD, CDBG, CDBG-DR
- Experience working with online grant management systems
- Must be a highly detail-oriented and experienced overseeing program compliance requirements, etc
- Experience with customer-service orientation and team building
