Job Summary

A community oncology provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote EM Coding Specialist in Richardson.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing all medical record coding activities
• Assigning appropriate diagnostic codes to patient charts and reports as assigned

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a course in medical record technology
• Minimum of three years of coding medical experience required
• CPC or equivalent certification required
• Knowledge of medical records coding procedures
